Privacy notice

What I do with your data.

Last updated 15 August 2026

This is short because this site collects nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no forms. The only way I get any of your details is if you choose to book a call or send me an email.

Who is responsible

Overnight Admin is a trading name of A Large Company Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17290014, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. The company is the data controller.

For anything to do with your data, email alexander@alargecompany.com. I read it myself — this is a one-person business.

This website

No cookies. No analytics. No trackers. No forms. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to ask you to consent to. I do not know who visits this site, how many of you there are, or which pages you read.

The pages load no fonts, scripts or images from anywhere else, so no other company learns that you were here.

My web host, Vercel, processes requests in order to serve the pages to you, which necessarily involves handling your IP address in transit. I have not switched on any of Vercel's analytics products, so no visit log is kept for me to look at.

The admin scorecard

The scorecard asks twelve questions about your business and gives you an estimate of the hours and money your admin costs you.

Your answers never leave your device. The arithmetic runs in your own browser. Your answers are held in your browser's session storage purely so that you do not lose your place if you reload the page, and they are erased when you close the tab. Nothing is sent to me, and I never see your figures unless you choose to tell me on a call.

If you book a call

The booking button opens Google's appointment scheduling page, which is a Google service, not mine. Google is a separate data controller for what happens on its own page and its own privacy policy applies there.

What I receiveWhyLawful basis
Your name and email address, and anything you type into the booking form To hold the call, to send you the joining details, and to reply to you afterwards Steps taken at your request before entering a contract
Notes I make during or after the call about your business and what you need To work out whether I can help you, and to quote you a price Legitimate interests in running the business and answering your enquiry
Anything you put in an email to me To answer you Legitimate interests, or steps before a contract
Your payment card details Never collected, never seen. There is nothing to buy on this site

I will not add you to a mailing list because you booked a call. If I ever start sending updates, I will ask you first, and you will be able to stop them at any time.

Who else sees it

Only the services I need to run this, each acting on my instructions:

I do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone else, and there is no automated decision-making. Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, the transfer relies on the safeguards in their own terms, such as the UK addendum to the standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me to give you a copy of what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what I do with it, or hand it over in a portable form. Where I am relying on legitimate interests, you can object. Email alexander@alargecompany.com and I will answer within one month. It costs you nothing, and you do not need a reason.

If you are not happy with how I have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. I would rather you came to me first so I can put it right.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the site ever starts collecting something it does not collect today — a form, analytics, a cookie — this notice will say so before it happens.
